2. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of Rebed.es (hereinafter, the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, registering on or using the Platform, you accept these Terms.

3. What Rebed is and what it is not

Rebed is a technology platform (website + booking engine + management tools) that makes it easier to publish accommodation, manage availability and put guests in contact with owners, as well as handle the request/booking flow.

Rebed does not handle booking payments and is not a party to the accommodation contract.

The stay contract (if any), its specific conditions (final price, cancellation, deposit, rules) and payment are agreed directly between guest and owner by whatever means they choose. Rebed only provides tools.

4. Users, registration and minimum age

5. Subscription (for owners)

7. Owners’ content and licences

Owners are responsible for the content they publish (texts, photos, prices, availability, rules, conditions, etc.). The owner warrants that they hold sufficient rights to publish that content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

By publishing content, you grant Rebed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt it to technical formats and make it publicly available on the Platform, only for the purpose of providing the service.

Practical tip

If an owner uploads third-party photos, they must have permission or rights to do so. Rebed may remove content upon a credible notice.

9. Guest responsibilities

10. Requests, bookings and payments

The Platform may allow requests to be sent or bookings to be managed. Rebed does not guarantee the actual availability of the accommodation or that the owner will accept requests.

Payments outside Rebed

Rebed does not process payments for stays or hold booking funds. Payments are handled outside the Platform between guest and owner.
